To a fine and rare English 3 piece entry door surround c.1790 made of Deal lead and tin and glass. The is in the neoclassic manner is one of the largest that we have had. No doubt with a double door below. The lead paterae is finely cast over very sharp models. The set has some repairs including some glass panels which are of the period but not original to the set. All in all and important statement.
