   To a single cast bronze girandole candlestick of American origin c.1858. Known as "The Elizabethan Couple" This single pedestal model retains the original gilt surface, in good condition. It is mounted with rare faceted snowflake period prisms. A similar style example can be seen in the "Sample Book of Lamps, Candleabra, and Lighting fixtures for Gas and Oil" by Henry N. Hooper & Co.
